"IT IS IMPORTANT FOR ARMENIA TO FULFILL ITS OBLIGATIONS TO AZERBAIJAN"
Stating that the unity, solidarity and solidarity of the Turkic world is the most important force in the fight against global challenges, President Erdogan said: "We have seen and continue to see this truth in many recent incidents. After the birthplace of Azerbaijan, he put an end to the 30-year occupation of Karabakh. We are very proud and happy with this historic achievement. Thus, we have become one step closer to lasting peace in our region. Our greatest desire is to take advantage of the window of opportunity that has opened. It is important for Armenia to fulfill its obligations to Azerbaijan. The implementation of a transport line that will connect the western regions of Azerbaijan with Nakhchivan is also of great importance. The opening of the line will make a significant contribution to the well-being of all countries in the region, as well as connect Turkey with Central Asia, our ancestral homeland. In order for this process to be completed successfully, we, as the Turkic world, must continue to support Azerbaijan."
"AN UNPRECEDENTED HUMAN TRAGEDY IS TAKING PLACE IN PALESTINE BEFORE THE EYES OF THE WHOLE WORLD"
Stressing that Turkish culture and civilization recommend observing justice, holding the hand of the oppressed and not being silent in the face of injustice, President Erdogan continued: "An unprecedented human tragedy is taking place in Palestine before the eyes of the whole world. Hospitals, schools, mosques, churches, refugee camps are being bombed. Innocent children are brutally murdered. There is no concept that could explain this brutality or justify what we witnessed after October 7. Roughly speaking, crimes against humanity have been committed in Gaza for 28 days. Since this crisis first broke out, we, as Turkey, have taken a principled and humanitarian position. We have said and continue to say at every opportunity that we do not justify actions against civilians. Our priority is to establish a humanitarian ceasefire as soon as possible. We are also working on new mechanisms to guarantee the safety of every person, whether Muslim, Christian or Jew.
Our efforts to prepare for the International Peace Conference are continuing. To date, we have sent 10 planes with humanitarian aid to the region. We will continue to send new ones as soon as conditions on the ground allow. The unity and solidarity of the Turkic world will facilitate the path to a ceasefire, and then to a lasting peace. The position that we will take as an Organization of Turkic States will become an example for other organizations."
Noting that the consequences of the Russian-Ukrainian war in such areas as energy, food and transport have negatively affected the whole world, President Erdogan said: "As Turkey, we will continue our efforts to establish a just peace. The establishment of sustainable peace and stability in Afghanistan will serve lasting security and prosperity on the entire continent outside of Central Asia."
President Erdogan said that the messages that should be given in coordination with the current administration of Afghanistan are important for the members of the Organization of Turkic States.
Stressing that Turkey cannot forget the solidarity shown by the Organization of Turkic States after the February 6 earthquakes, President Erdogan said: "The whole world witnessed this solidarity at the extraordinary summit that we held in Ankara on March 16. By the decision we made in Ankara, we have taken an important step towards creating a Civil Protection Mechanism of the Organization of Turkic States. We see advantages in completing the necessary processes as soon as possible and implementing the mechanism."
Noting that Turkey continues to make efforts to continue the achievements of the organization, President Erdogan said: "The protocol on amendments to the Nakhchivan Agreement was adopted by our parliament on October 3, the Day of Turkish Cooperation. As of November 1, we have completed the internal protocol approval process. I call on all Member States to take the necessary steps to implement the protocol as soon as possible. Our current potential in various areas of cooperation, especially in the trade, economic, energy and transport spheres, promises us much more."

Expressing the desire for the Istanbul Turkish Investment Fund, the agreement on the establishment of which was signed at an extraordinary summit in Ankara, to begin its activities as soon as possible, President Erdogan said: "The agreement on this was adopted by our parliament the other day. Megaprojects in the field of energy and transport infrastructure have always been a fundamental and important area of cooperation between the Turkic states. The Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline, the Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum gas pipeline and the Trans-Anatolian pipeline are concrete examples of this."
Stating that the transportation of Caspian natural gas to Turkey and Europe will contribute both to the prosperity of the Turkic states and to the energy security of Europe, President Erdogan said: "We should also focus on the goal of developing transport networks between our countries. Realizing this, we continue our efforts to activate the East-West Trans-Caspian Corridor. We must strengthen our cooperation in removing barriers to transportation and trade, enriching transport networks, simplifying border crossings and visa procedures."
"OUR DUTY IS TO SHOW SOLIDARITY WITH THE TURKISH CYPRIOTS"
Stressing that the International Agreement on Combined Cargo Transportation signed at the Samarkand Summit and the Transport Communication Program made a significant contribution, President Erdogan said: "Today we will define our roadmap for the new period by signing a Joint Action Plan on Transport for 2023-2027. In addition to all these areas, we continue our efforts to strengthen our cooperation in the field of higher education in order to improve our human relations based on common language, culture and history. In particular, the importance of linguistic unity for strengthening our unity and solidarity is obvious. The first step in this direction is to ensure the unity of the alphabet. In this regard, the support of the presidents is very, very important. I believe that the proposals submitted by the Council for Higher Education to our secretariat will be best appreciated by you, my dear brothers and sisters. At the summit in Samarkand last year, our Family Council unanimously granted observer status to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and made a historic decision. I would like to thank you once again for your support in making this decision.
With this decision, the Turkish world has shown everyone that Turkish Cypriots who have not abandoned their homeland, despite being isolated, are not alone. We are all obliged to act in solidarity with the Turkish Cypriots, who are an integral part of the great Turkish family. I think that at our next summit we will see among us the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus with observer status, as we decided. I trust your able leadership in this matter. Taking this opportunity, I would like to emphasize once again that we would like to see our observer member Turkmenistan as a full member of our Family Council."
"WE WILL STAND SHOULDER TO SHOULDER SO THAT THE NEXT PERIOD BECOMES THE TURKISH ERA"
Stating that they strive to make the Turkic world stronger in all areas under the slogan "Our unity is our strength" and make it more resilient in the face of various challenges, President Erdogan said: "As leaders, we must guide the hearts carrying the flag of the Turkic world with the vision of a strong Turkic world in unity and solidarity. As the Republic of Turkey, which celebrates its 100th anniversary this year, we will continue to take steps towards peace, prosperity and security of the entire Turkic world. By extending our vision of the Century of Turkey to our organization, we hope that we will work shoulder to shoulder to make the next period the Turkish era."
At the end of his speech, President Erdogan thanked everyone who contributed to the organization of the summit, including host Kazakhstan and President Tokayev, and wished that the consultations and decisions to be taken would be useful for all mankind, especially for the countries and the Turkic world.
