"We have destroyed the terrorist belt that we wanted to create in northern Syria "
Speaking at the 8th ordinary provincial congress of the AK Party in Aydin, President Erdogan said: "Thanks to our cross-border operations, we tore up the terrorist belt that we wanted to create in northern Syria from four sides. We have prevented a separatist terrorist organization from encircling Turkey from the south under the protection of its imperialist masters."
In his speech, President Erdogan said the following lines: "On your white forehead is the dignity of a mountain, Efe , you have always walked with your head held high throughout history, you have written a book of valor, Efe, you have defeated and defeated the enemy, Efe, you cannot be counted in numbers."
Stating that they arrived in Aydin today to implement two important projects, President Erdogan said: "First of all, we have opened the Aydin-Denizli highway, which reshapes the 163-kilometer-long transport map of the Aegean region. With a 6-lane 140-kilometer main road, 3 exits and 3 arrivals, as well as 2 exits, 2 arrivals, a four-lane 23-kilometer connection, this work will make a very important contribution to the entire Aegean Sea, along with Aydin and Denizli."
President Erdogan responded to the voices of the Steel Dome coming from the audience: "With God's help, he will appear."
Stressing that the fight against terrorism is being conducted very delicately both inside and outside the country, President Erdogan said: "After the end of the 61-year-old tyranny of the Baathists in Syria and the liberation of Damascus by the Syrian opposition, the separatist terrorists found themselves trapped. Now they're looking for new bosses. They are cooperating with those who do not want our region to stabilize. They wink at the imperialist powers that feed on blood and tears. But everything they do is empty, everything they do is useless."
"EITHER THEY REPENT OF TERRORISM AND LAY DOWN THEIR ARMS, OR THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO AVOID LIQUIDATION"
"They have nowhere to escape their hostility towards Turkey and Syria," President Erdogan said, and continued: "The more they realize their separatist ambitions, the closer they will be to a bitter end. If they don't face the new realities on the ground, their lives will become even shorter. Relying on foreign power centers, they cannot and will not be able to achieve any results. As our ancestors used to say, "whoever gets on a tame horse gets off it first." I have already said that they have only two options: either they repent of terrorism and lay down their arms, or they will not be able to avoid liquidation. We prefer it to be implemented in peace and tranquility. We want to rid our region of terrorism without bloodshed and destruction. Our priority is peace, development and stability in our common geography, which over the years has turned into a river of blood and tears. Both the Syrian revolution and the steps taken in our domestic policy have created an opportunity for Turkey to achieve this goal in a shorter time."
"WE WANT TO LEAVE A PEACEFUL, SECURE COUNTRY AND A REGION WHERE FRIENDSHIP REIGNS"
Stating that he believes this opportunity should not be missed, President Erdogan said: "We sincerely want our children to live in a more peaceful, secure country and a region where brotherhood reigns. Our people are well aware of what the People's Alliance is trying to do. We fully rely on the wisdom, prudence and common sense of our beloved people, whose servants we have the honor to be. With Allah's permission, the winner will be the brotherhood, peace and well-being of 85 million. The nation first of all, the country first of all. This is our motto, the purpose of our existence in politics. I hope we will never, ever deviate from this line."
President Erdogan said that everyone can see what the opposition is doing, conducting comprehensive and thoughtful work at home and abroad, and said that the opposition has no ideas or proposals other than populist rhetoric.
Saying that the opposition "makes a lot of promises from the rostrum of parliament," President Erdogan said, "But they don't give their own workers their rights. They roar in the squares, saying "merit, competence," and in three or four months they have turned all the municipalities they have captured into a farm of relatives, relatives, and confidants. Frankly, we were hoping for Mr. Ozgur Ozel. We were cautiously optimistic that he would turn the NRP in a positive direction and normalize the work of the NRP, but we did not see a picture that corresponded to our expectations."
President Erdogan stated that there has been no change in the CHP, except for those who are sitting in their seats, and said, "They still have not been able to come to terms with the nation and its fundamental values. They still haven't gotten into the habit of doing politics on the same line as the nation." Mr. Ozel sees politics as the ability to tell everyone what they want to hear. He speaks differently in Ankara, differently in Kars, differently in Konya, and differently when he comes here. When he goes to Istanbul, he turns into a cat who spilled milk. He has no intellectual continuity, no consistency in his reasoning, and no courage to put those who try to put him in his place in his place. In NRP, the one who gets up early in the morning is the one in charge. They turned the centuries-old party founded by Ghazi Mustafa Kemal into a children's play tent, which the whole country is now laughing at. They compete with each other in comicality and lightheartedness. Look for seriousness and dignity in their words and statements."
"WE WILL SPEAK WITH OUR WORKS AND COME TO THE FORE WITH OUR INVESTMENTS"
President Erdogan said: "They both don't know and don't like to serve. I always say: God grant patience to our citizens who sympathize with the CHP out of respect for the memory of Gazi Mustafa Kemal. They have no cases to point fingers at. But you can see that ambitions, underhanded games, and the internal party struggle for power continue. Of course, we don't adjust our pace to them," he said.
Addressing the party organization, President Erdogan said: "We did not come to be masters, but to serve the people. In this regard, we will continue to move in this direction. We will speak with our own affairs, we will come to the fore with our investments, and I hope that we will win the hearts of our people with our services."
President Erdogan said that the current value of public investments in Aydin is 448 billion liras.
Listing the investments made, President Erdogan said: "5 billion liras in justice, 23 billion liras in education, 3 billion liras in youth and sports, 66 billion liras in social assistance, 7.5 billion liras in healthcare, 36 billion liras in the environment and urbanization, 71 billion liras in transport, 124 billion liras agriculture and forestry, 2 billion liras in industry and technology, and a total of 99 billion liras in public and private energy. We have invested 3 billion liras in culture and tourism and 9 billion liras in labor and social security, including incentives."
Stating that 50 sports facilities have been built in Aydin, 4 facilities are under construction, as well as the design and tender phase of 4 facilities, President Erdogan continued: "We have built 65 medical institutions, including 25 hospitals with 1,499 beds. This year, we will complete the construction of the 950-bed Aydin City Hospital and put it into operation. In addition, we have come to the end of the construction of the Chin State Hospital and the extension of the Didim State Hospital to it. In total, we have launched 4,900 housing projects with TOKI. Of these, we have offered 2,687 houses to serve our citizens. We continue to build 2,213 houses. We have 4 national garden projects in Aydin. We have completed 2 of them and adopted them. The Efeler National Garden is under construction. We will choose a place for the Bozdogan National Garden."
Stating that they have increased the length of the 114-kilometer Aydin dividing road to 482 kilometers, President Erdogan said, "We have increased the hot-mix road network from 89 kilometers to 445 kilometers. With the Izmir-Aydin and Istanbul-Izmir motorways, we have comfortably and safely integrated it into the entire Aegean and Marmara Sea region via Izmir. By building the Aydin-Denizli highway, we have provided comfortable and safe transport links to the Mediterranean region and the entire Central Anatolia through Denizli."
President Erdogan noted that work continues on 10 projects for the construction of various highways, such as the road connecting the Aydin city Hospital, the Selcuk-Ortaklar-Aydin divided road: "We have updated and put in order all 205 kilometers of the usual line within the borders of Aydin province. We have completed the survey and design work on the construction of high-speed trains Selcuk-Ortaklar, Ortaklar-Aydin, Aydin-Denizli. As part of the national signaling project, we are nearing completion of the 176-kilometer Ortaklar-Aydin-Denizli line. With God's help, we plan to complete it in March. What else have we done for Aydin? We have brought Didim Marina to our city, which makes Aydin a very important center of yachting tourism. In the field of water and irrigation investments, we have built 221 facilities, including 14 dams, 14 ponds, and 6 hydroelectric power plants. 31 projects, including 4 dams, 2 ponds, 8 irrigation facilities, 2 drinking water facilities, 2 land consolidation projects and 13 flood protection projects, are under construction. A technopark, 10 research centers and 3 design centers have been created in our city."
Stating that they would provide natural gas to Bozdogan, Didim, Karazhasu and Karpuzlu for 2 years, President Erdogan used the following expressions: "As long as God gives us life and our people allow us, we will continue to carry out work for Aydin and lay stone on stone. We will achieve this together. I expect you to work and run with the knowledge of the burden on your shoulders. We will stand firmly on this path. We will never give rise to confusion, pranks, discontent and division. As an organization, we will stick together like the bricks of a wall. Remember that a strong organization means a strong party, a strong government, and a strong country. You are our extreme leaders in the provinces and districts. You are the standard bearers of this cause in Aydin, you are the heroes of this party in our city. I trust you, I believe in you, and it is a great honor for me to walk the road with you. I say, may God bless our friendship. I congratulate all my friends who have contributed to our party, I sincerely thank my friends who will not or will not be able to take office again, and I wish success to my friends who will take office."
On the other hand, President Erdogan addressed the public on the bus before heading to the hall where the 8th regular provincial congress of Aydin will be held.
In his speech, President Erdogan said: "Dear Aydin residents, young people, ladies and gentlemen, when we saw your enthusiasm, it would have been wrong to immediately go to the indoor gym. I wanted to greet you and then go to the hall. And you are our hope for the future. You are our asset for the future. You are our source of pride, but there is no stopping, keep walking along the road, and you are the name of hope, action, and the future."
Addressing the child athletes on the field, President Erdogan said: "We expect you to always be number one, especially in your sports activities. In karate and taekwondo, we expect you to become Olympic champions in the future."
Addressing the parents, President Erdogan said: "Mothers and fathers, you will not stand in the way of your children, okay? As a state, I hope that we will always pave the way for this offspring."
President Erdogan invited the child athletes to the bus and talked with them, and then presented the children with toys.
