The number of countries applying for the V World Nomad Games has reached 77

It is reported that applications from 77 countries have already been submitted to host the V World Nomad Games in Kazakhstan.

The World Nomad Games, which require courage, speed, agility and pressure, were first conceived and implemented in Kyrgyzstan, but over time became an international sporting event that gained global status, covering more and more countries and attracting the attention of a wide audience not only in Eurasia.

In 2014, the organization, which hosted the city of Cholpon-Ata in Kyrgyzstan 3 times, in 2016, 1,200 athletes from 62 countries in 26 sports, and in 2018, 2,000 athletes from 82 countries in 37 sports. In 2019, it held an event in Saudi Arabia with the participation of athletes and cultural representatives from more than 90 countries.

The 4th event was held in Turkey. 3,000 athletes from 102 countries competed for medals in 13 sports at the World Nomad Games.

It has already been announced that representatives of more than 77 countries will take part in the V World Nomad Games, which will include 20 sports.

It is expected that the program will include a variety of national equestrian sports, as well as wrestling genres, traditional archery and hunting competitions with birds of prey. However, due to the serious interest shown in the "Games of the Future" taking place in Kazan, the capital of Tatarstan, the sports sections held here will not be forgotten in Kazakhstan. The organizers also promise a show program featuring 10 different ethnic sports.

Today's World Nomad Games include sports competitions, as well as fields such as culture and science. At the III Nomad Games, held in 2018, special attention was paid to environmental issues, and the endangered snow leopard was chosen as the official mascot of the games. The organization's sports events are highlighted by topics such as ethnoculture and science.
