TDT Secretary General Ambassador Kubanychbek Omyuraliyev took part in the promotion of the book "The Economy of the Turkic States", which was published in Baku in close cooperation with the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communications of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the TDT Secretariat.
The event, held in the building of the Analytical Center, was attended by the ambassadors of the Turkic states accredited in Azerbaijan, the president of the Foundation for Turkic Culture and Heritage, academics and scientists who contributed to the preparation of the book.
Economic cooperation between the Turkic states is of great importance
In his speech, Secretary General Omyuraliyev stressed the importance of economic cooperation between the Turkic states for the future sustainable development and economic growth of the region.
Ambassador Omuraliyev noted that the Book of Turkic States includes the collective wisdom and experience of scientists, practitioners and institutions dedicated to solving complex problems of our economic environment.
The Secretary General added that the book provides a nuanced understanding of the strengths, challenges and opportunities that define the economic landscape of each Member State, from institutional arrangements to investment models, and that it will be widely used as a resource for government officials, teachers and students.
