Stressing that the West has created this problem and is at war with Russia over Ukraine, Putin said: "Although they have been striving to destroy Russia for centuries, we will destroy them faster. The essence of the problem is not in Ukraine, but in those who are trying to destroy Russia with the hands of Ukraine. But they definitely won't be able to do it."

Stating that they want to end the conflict as soon as possible in accordance with Russia's conditions, Putin said: "We do not intend to fight forever, but we do not intend to give up our positions

either." "THE ATTACK ON BELGOROD IS A TERRORIST ACT"
