President of Kyrgyzstan Zhaparov was awarded the Order of "State Friendship" in Tatarstan

The head of the Republic of Tatarstan of the Russian Federation Rustam Minnikhanov awarded the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov with the "Order of State Friendship".

According to the statement of the press center of the Presidential Administration of Kyrgyzstan, Zhaparov and Rustam Minnikhanov met in Kazan, the capital of Tatarstan.

During the meeting, issues related to the deepening and expansion of bilateral cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Tatarstan were discussed.

The leaders agreed to hold joint Cultural Days in 2024 and 2025 to further develop bilateral relations.

President Zhaparov invited Rustam Minnikhanov to take part in the 1st "Games of the Future", which started in Kazan. He congratulated the International Sports Tournament on its successful holding.

Rustam Minnikhanov also presented Zhaparov with the "Order of State Friendship" for special services aimed at strengthening the international authority of Tatarstan.

"Let this high award become a symbol of unshakable friendship between Kyrgyzstan, Tatarstan and the Russian Federation," Zhaparov said.
