Armenia, which has made a statement on peace talks with Azerbaijan, is once again pursuing a dangerous policy. It was noted that the Armenian army began sending military supplies to the Azerbaijani border for some time. It also turned out that the Armenian army is carrying out intensive work on the creation of new military infrastructure, police stations and bases at various points of the Azerbaijani border, especially in the Nakhchivan direction.
ARMENIA'S INCONSISTENT POLICY CONTINUES
The inconsistent policy of Armenia, which is called the "naughty child of the Caucasus", continues. Armenia, which has been trying to get closer to Russia and Iran in recent months, organized joint military exercises called "EAGLE PARTNER 2023" with the United States of America (USA) from September 11 to 20. Again, Armenia held talks with Iran after the agreement with America. Armenia, which has concluded a border security agreement with Iran in addition to military agreements, immediately declared that it would attack Azerbaijan. After all these events, in October 2023, the Armenian parliament approved the Rome Statute, the founding document of the International Criminal Court, which means the arrest of Vladimir Putin during his visit to Armenia, despite very serious warnings from Russia. It was claimed that Armenia accepted an international arrest warrant for Putin and received a large sum of money and promises of weapons from the United States in return.

Despite the resolute position of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Armenia decided to withdraw from the villages it occupied in Tovuz in 1991. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that they recognize the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, have stated this many times and want permanent peace. However, it was noticed that the Armenian army has been moving troops to the Azerbaijani border for some time. It has become known again that the Armenian army is intensively working on the creation of new military infrastructure, outposts and bases at various points of the Azerbaijani border, especially in the direction of Nakhchivan.

On the other hand, representatives of the Ministry of National Defense of Azerbaijan stated that unprecedented activity has been observed on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border since September, and stated: "Armenia is accumulating manpower and military equipment in the region. The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry said that any attempt at military provocation will be resolutely suppressed. Immediately after this message, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev warned Armenia for the last time about the need to stop military mobilization and provocations with the buildup of forces on the border.
