During the trip, Ambassador R.Kazakbayev held meetings with the Governor of Elazig province Omer Toraman, Mayor of Elazig Shahin Sherifogullary, Rector of Firat University Professor Fahrettin Gektash and Head of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Elazig Idris Alan.
During the meetings, Ambassador Ruslan Kazakbayev congratulated the Turkish side on the centenary of the proclamation of the Republic of Turkey and wished the fraternal people peace, prosperity and prosperity.
He also took the opportunity to express gratitude to the Turkish side for its contribution to the promotion of Chyngyz Aitmatov in Elazig, which is the common cultural and spiritual heritage of the entire Turkic world.
In addition, during the meetings, the parties discussed topical issues of bilateral cooperation, considered the prospects for further expansion and outlined joint plans for cooperation.

At the meeting in the governorate of Elazig province, the parties also discussed issues related to the protection of the rights and interests of Kyrgyz citizens living in Elazig. Governor Omer Toraman said that 13 Kyrgyz citizens live in the territory of Elazig province and noted the absence of fundamental problems regarding their stay. In turn, the Head of the Diplomatic mission of Kyrgyzstan expressed a request to provide maximum assistance to the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic on the issue of ensuring their comfortable stay.
At a meeting at the city Hall of Elazig, within the framework of the development of the regions of Kyrgyzstan and bilateral trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation, the parties agreed to establish twinning relations between the two countries. Kant and Elazig.

The parties confirmed their mutual interest in the implementation of new joint investment projects, and for these purposes agreed on a visit of the delegation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Elazig to Kyrgyzstan in 2024.
